I’ve never used storage before. How does it work?

Don’t worry, it’s simple! Just give us a call and one of our experienced advisors will help pair you with a storage solution that fits your needs and budget. Reserving your unit today will save you time when you check in at your storage facility. Our rental agreements are short-term and flexible, meaning you’ll never be locked in if your plans change. So be sure to secure your storage unit today, and don’t forget to ask your advisor about our Move-in Specials. They’re a great way to save even more when you rent with Depotium, but availability is limited so be sure to ask about them today!

Is there a Depotium Mini-Entrepôt store in my area?

Do I need to stay for a year?

Only if you want to! We are flexible to suit your needs. We bill on a 4 week cycle, so give us one week’s notice before you move out and you are good to go! Note that we do not provide refunds, so if you will be moving out in the middle of your cycle, let us know before you pay in advance so that you only pay for what you need that cycle!

Do you have a unit to suit my needs?

We have tons of unit options including plenty of size options, drive up units, climate controlled units, and parking rentals for cars and RVs. Give us a call and one of our advisors will help you secure the storage unit that works best for you. And don’t worry: when you arrive at the storage facility, if your unit isn’t just right, one of our on-site managers will make sure you’re paired with a unit that fits!

Do you offer vehicle parking?

We sure do! Our state-of-the-art storage facilities can accommodate just about any size of car, truck, or recreational motor vehicle. And with our commitment to safety and security, you can rest easy knowing that your vehicle is well protected.

Will my items be safe?

Yes! Securing your items is our number one priority. Our security features at most of our locations include 24hr security, gated access, security cameras and individual security codes. Contact your store for details on their security features.

How will I get all of my items to my storage unit?

We are happy to offer those who move into our stores access to a free move in van. We have our own vans available to our customers for moving in, but be sure to book with us early, as this offer is based on availability and is only for first time customers. The only thing you need to do is refill the gas you use! Once you get to your store, we have dollies to help you get your items from the van to your unit.

We also have locks and packing supplies for sale at most of our stores including things like boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and more if you need supplies to get organized prior to the move.

I need movers to help me move into my unit

Need help packing? Our Concierge Moving Service will connect you with trusted, professional movers in your area. And since each of our referral partners has been recommended by other clients, you can be sure you’ll be getting the most trusted help available. We’re here to help make your moving experience as easy and convenient as possible.

I need to reserve a unit. What are the next steps?

When you call us, you’ll be connected to a storage advisor who will pair you with the right storage solution for your needs and budget. After that, we’ll just finalize the reservation and you’re all set! Availability is limited, so be sure to secure your unit today!

How do I pay for my unit?

We like to keep this as simple as possible. You pre-pay each 4 week cycle, and this can be done in person during office hours when you are visiting your unit, or can be done online by logging into your account on our website.

What if I need to get into my unit at odd hours?

Need to access your storage unit after hours? No problem! Most stores are open 24 hours a day so you can drop off or pick up your belongings when it’s convenient for you.
