Using Depotium was by far the easiest, most cost-effective, and most pleasant part of my move to Montreal. The manager Claude was friendly and helpful without fail, and we were offered an excellent deal on a storage locker even though it was a very short term agreement.The Griffintown location was also fairly convenient to reach both on foot and by vehicle (despite the constant construction in downtown Montreal). My whole experience with Depotium was great. I originally called one night at 21h30 (they close at 22h00) and the representative was super helpful. She took the time and was able to find all availabilities in different locations even at that late hour. I made a reservation which I had to cancel the following day. I was surprised and happy when they called me back that next day to inform me of other spaces open within the price range I was searching. Again, they took the time to make sure my needs were being met. I was very pleased. My only complaint is that when I went to sign my contract, there was only one person to serve everyone and the wait time was a bit too long. It is a long process, and there should be more than one representative available to serve everyone in a timely manner. It was very hot and there was nowhere to sit. Other than that, it was a great experience and the employees take the time to make sure your needs are met. I definitely and highly recommend Depotium to anyone looking for storage space.
